Alisa D. Wilkes has been selected to serve during the 2020–2021 term as the Plaintiff’s Vice-Chair for the American Bar Association’s Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee.
The purpose of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee is to examine the liabilities and obligations of all forms of commercial carriers, including regulatory and accident-related issues.
A significant portion of Wilkes & Mee’s litigation practice focuses on rail law. She looks forward to using her experience to support initiatives aimed at improving safety for commercial carriers, including rail employees, at both the local and national level.
